Candidate Interviewing

Building your team is hard.  And, at times, overwhelming.  You post a job and all of a sudden you have 90 applicants.  How do you handle that?  Interview all of them?  No.  Of course, not.

But what you will do is set up a screening process so that when it comes time for you to do your interview, you are only talking to the best fit candidates.  What happens before that?  We do.

I do phone interviews with potential candidates that look good on paper (so far).  They're asked a series of questions you need to know, and then I grade them based on a criteria we determine makes the "best" candidate for your business.  How do I weed out the great from the "not right" applicants?  A ha!  That's my secret, but it's going to work out great for you.  From those 90, you'll end up with a small, strong pool of candidates that you can personally interview.
