Why would I need your services?
Sometimes you’ve got one too many projects on your desk. Sometimes you’ve let something go for months and you’ve realized it needed to be done yesterday. Sometimes you just need a little extra help, or someone who has some expertise in an area. That’s why I’m here. You don’t have to worry about taxing yourself or other employees with more work. You don’t have to worry about hiring someone in, or working with temp services and the myriad paperwork to bring on a temp employee (let alone trying to find some desk space for her!).
Where are you located?
I'm in the great state of Michigan! Currently, my team either resides in Michigan or Tennessee. My team will always be based in the United States.
What if I have a project that you can’t do?
This will probably happen. And if you tell me you need something and I can’t deliver it, I’ll let you know. I’ll try to help you find someone who can help you, if you’d like. I'm very happy to refer you to some great people that I've worked with.
How do I pay you for your services?
I can accept payment via business check or PayPal. For clients I have been with at least one year, I will accept direct deposit. For new clients, a percentage of the total project fee will be paid up front prior to the start of any work. The balance will be paid upon completion of the project. Long-term projects are billed weekly.
What types of software do you use/know?
Well, we're pretty well-versed on the standard software you find in offices around the globe. We are all on PCs - no Macs. Sorry. Your standard MS Office products, Peachtree, several online CRMs. We don't have much in the way of specialty software, because for 98% of our clients, the basics are enough. If you're looking for speciality skills, once again I'll be happy to refer you to some great people. Tell me what you're using and I'll tell if you we've used it before or currently use it. (We probably have!)
