Rates
The rates on this page are typically not solid, set in stone, rates. They are meant to give you an idea of what you can expect to pay for our services. I believe that every project is different and therefore I don't typically adhere to a set standard rate. Tell me what you want, and I'll tell you what it will cost.
Still, these rates will give you a good idea of what we offer you. Please shop around and compare our rates to other VAs. I think you'll be surprised at how affordable we are in comparison.
This list is not all-inclusive as to what we do. As always, please contact me and we'll talk about what it is you need, and what it is we can do for you.
A note about "hourly" rates. You only pay for the work we do. If the rate is $15/hr and we work 1 hour and 17 minutes, you only pay for 1 hour and 17 minutes. We don't round up to the hour, half hour or even quarter. I believe that if I was an actual worker at your business and I had to clock in, I would get paid exactly for the time I was clocked in - no more, no rounding.
All currency is in US Dollars.
Minimum Hourly Rate for All Projects: $12.00 per hour
Minimum Total Project Fee: $25.00
Audio Transcription (not medical or legal): $30 per audio hour
Video Transcription: $35 per video hour
Meeting Minutes (pre-recorded meeting): $25 for a one hour meeting. (Turnaround time is 24 hours or less during the business week.)
Meeting Minutes (attending via phone/online): $27 per hour
Project Management Minimum Hourly Rate: $40 per hour
Process Analysis (on site): Too varied to post a rate. Let's talk!
Documentation: Too varied to post a rate. Let's talk!
Pre-Paid Hours
I normally do not offer pre-paid blocks of time, but if this is something you would like to do, I can accommodate. Hours are purchased in blocks of ten, and of course, the more hours you purchase up front, the cheaper the hours are, based upon our initial agreed-upon rate.
A few notes about prepayment:

>The hours you buy will expire one year from purchase date.
